Belfast Girls.
English Theatre Düsseldorf (ETD) brings professional english-language plays to international audiences. They asked me to shoot these photos to document their production of the powerful and thought-provoking play Belfast Girls by Jaki McCarrick.
The shoot took place during the final dress rehearsals. I only had one chance to get a shot of each scene, but by reading the script beforehand I could anticipate and capture the key moments.
ETD is a long-term client with various projects in the pipeline.
