Alicia is a Distinguished Professor (Spitzenprofessur) in Community Music at the Würzburg Conservatoire (Hochschule für Musik). She also happens to be my wife. One day she asked me to shoot some new headshots for her. But where? I like to find a location that has some personal or professional significance to the subject. We didn't have far to go… she suggested our back garden! So I grabbed a softbox, stood her with her back to the sun, made her laugh and got this shot.
